My issues with self compiled Stratagus [Ubuntu 13.04]

Post by EEKsus »

Greetings!
I have compiled Stratagus 2.2.7 on my own and launched Aleona's Tales. It had no background music and would crash every time a mach ends at/just before final score screen. A windows .exe game (using WINE) that is shiped with Aleona's Tales does not have such issues. Therefor I assume it's result of my incomplete compilation. To be clear I am very new to linux so i need some more in depth help.

Here is terminal output:

Code: Select all

Aleona's Tales also ships with a Ubuntu 64 binary, stratagus64.

You can install the Stratagus engine by adding ppa:stratagus/ppa to your system's Software Sources, then sudo apt-get install stratagus.

When you have Stratagus installed you can run Aleona's Tales with the following command: stratagus -d /home/user/AT/
04:27 jim4 why haven't you added wc1 support? this project sucks. i'm only going to use freecraft
