Forum domain change?

So I noticed that the old http://forums.stratagus.miniature-railway.org/ is no longer pointing to this forum. I was under the impression that the whole forum was down and possibly not coming back until I discovered this new domain by accident. Perhaps Kyran should send out an e-mail notice to all members notifying them of the new domain?
