What do you mean, what have I done?
In any case, the spearman character sheet is derivative work of the WC1 spearman (my understanding is that b_o resized the WC1 Spearman, touched it up, and then created a new head for it), so it can't be GPLed (and the same applies to the Water Elemental and water missile sheets), and even if the Orc Spearman unit graphics were not derivative work, it would be up to b_o to release it under the GPL, not me.
The icons themselves, however, are original creations, and thus I could release them under the GPL.
EDIT: I think I understand now what happened. When I uploaded the icons, I replaced sprite sheets which I had previously uploaded which had the same filename. Therefore, because of cache or something of the sort, when you first opened the thread, you saw the sprite sheets in my post, rather than the icons as had been intended.
How many I will have will depend on the needs of my current project, so I can't say precisely.
It's a shame, it looks so cool.
