It's missing the for the motherland stuff. But I guess someone could contact gameranger to see how difficult it would be for them to support it and aleona tales: http://www.gameranger.com/contact/developers/ It seems like a better idea than Hamachi, for security reasons.TaShadan wrote:The only thing that is missing right now is gameranger support!
I had looked into the site (sorry that I didn't get back to you on this before), but I think it would be better to test the multiplayer a bit before contacting them (there shouldn't be any synchronization issues, but it would be better to make sure).TaShadan wrote:The only thing that is missing right now is gameranger support!
Wyrmsun uses a modified version of the Stratagus engine (https://github.com/Andrettin/Wyrmgus) rather than the main version of the Stratagus engine itself (although I keep this modified version up to date with the main version of the engine's changes), so it would be possible to integrate Gameranger support (if it is within my programming abilities).cybermind wrote:I'm the only person who is working on Stratagus engine, and currently I'm rewriting network subsystem to provide non-desyncing gameplay, even on high pings. I don't think I'll ever work on Gameranger support for Stratagus
